Asana
I have an addiction to buying journals to keep notes and to-do lists, but that method gets messy fast (I start to lose track of what notes live in each journal 🤦🏽♀️). Asana is a project management system that allows me and my team to stay organized. It’s amazing how much you can organize and plan with this tool.
Shift (Productivity Workspace)
You’d think I was crazy if you saw how many tabs I have open at one time in my browser (and not in one browser, but two!). In reality, task switching is just not productive. This is why I love Shift. It brings all of your apps in one place to create a customized workstation that works just for you and streamlines your workday.
Loom
Sometimes you have things to share that just can’t be done by email. Loom is an AMAZING 🙌 tool that helps improve productivity by getting your message across through instantly shareable videos. Whether it’s for sales, marketing, onboarding, or team communication, I know you’ll use this tool as much as I do.
Social Media Management
SocialBee
SocialBee is a social media management tool to organize your posts in a content calendar using content categories and a customized posting schedule (you’ll be covered for weeks!). You can easily repurpose and recycle content, and have it shared automatically for you. Honestly can’t live without it! ❤️
Zubtitle
Ever wonder how to add those cool customized captions to your videos? Zubtitle is a great way to quickly and easily create captions for your videos and customize them to the look of your brand. AND you can repurpose your videos for more than one social media platform with their resizing feature.
Wavve
Wavve is one of my fav social media tools because it’s a great way to create and repurpose engaging content for social media easily and affordably. With Wavve, you can leverage audio content to create social videos — it’s quick and easy with no filming necessary and still drives engagement around your brand and content.

Keap is an all-in-one automation platform where you can manage your email marketing, automated campaigns, sales pipeline, appointments, forms, and so much more in one place. I’ve used Keap for many years (since they were called Infusionsoft) and recommend Keap for professional service businesses.
ConvertKit
If you’re looking for an easy and affordable way to grow your email list and automate your email marketing, then Convertkit is where it’s at! Convertkit is an email marketing platform where you can easily segment your email list and send automated campaigns (funnels or launch sequences). And I love that you market and sell your digital products and subscriptions.

Freshbooks
My sister (the accountant) always says that numbers tell a story. AND you need the right tool to keep you keep track of profitability, know how healthy your cash flow is and understand your spending. Plus, they have some other cool features like time tracking and automated payments.
Bluehost
There are many popular hosting solutions out there, but my preference is Bluehost. It’s easy to set up and use, and offers affordable web hosting solutions for small businesses.
